Open Committee Meeting: Have Your Say

Hi all,

Apologies for the late notice - the CUPS committee will be meeting on Thursday 6th (tomorrow) to decide "what's on" in March, April and May this year, and we'd love to have you along to discuss your ideas and suggestions.  CUPS is an ever-evolving group of Pagans, nature-lovers, and alternatively-minded people, and as a committee we try to run events that reflect the diversity of our group and call to our common interests.

There will also be a bye-election held for the position of Treasurer.  Andy Holland (that's me!) is currently Acting Treasurer, so we need an election in order to have a treasurer with an official mandate, to comply with regulations set down by the Students' Union.  Nominations for the position will open at the start of the meeting.

The meeting will be held at 7pm in the Gareth Edwards room on the 4th floor of the Student Union.  The society is really all about our members so please do come along to give us your opinions and feedback.  After the meeting, we'll head off to our regular social in the Mackintosh Pub, as I'm sure we'll all need to wet our parched throats!  I look forward to seeing you there.
